The 12 Minute Scorcher

No excuses. You have time for this workout.

You don’t have time to workout…I get it! But, with this fat- scorching interval workout, you’ll feel all the burn of a one hour gym session in only 12 minutes! I guarantee you can find a spare 12 minutes in your day!

COOLEST part: it’s all bodyweight exercises. So you can take this workout with you anywhere!

For my fellow masochists out there, try kicking this up a notch by holding 5-10 pound dumbbells. ENJOY!

Part 1: Bodyweight Squats

Perform 20 seconds of squats, then hold at the bottom for 10 seconds. Repeat for a total of 8 rounds.

Part 2: Pushups

Perform 20 seconds of pushups, then hold a 10 second plank. Repeat for a total of 4 rounds.

Part 3: Plank/ Side Plank

Perform a 20 second elbow plank, then 10 seconds of alternating side planks. Repeat for a total of 8 rounds.

Part 4: Touchdown Lunges and T-Pushups

Perform 20 seconds of forward lunges, touching the floor with your fingertips, then 10 seconds of T-pushups.
